Both situated on the highest level of the most picturesque settlement of Pyrgos and right at the entrance of its medieval castle, enjoying the breathtaking view of the entire Island and the Caldera from a unique Belvedere.
Next to Profitis Ilias, the most elevated village of the magnificent Island, resting from the highest point of Santorini, reveals the stunning view of the Aegean panorama.

FACILITIES:
At the reception desk of the Zannos Melathron, which operates on a 24-hour basis, the experienced personnel will be offering you integrated servicing, while bell-boy service, 24-hour room service, daily laundry, ironing service and valet service will be at your disposal.
The management of the hotel also provides the guests with parking space as well as transfer, travel, and exchange services.
Massage sessions are also available by appointment.

Apart from the private suites, the Zannos Melathron also consists of the lobby salon, the living room, the old dining room, the "Zannos" a la carte open-air restaurant, the "Terrace" bar-restaurant, the Wine Bar (with a small extra charge) and the Cigar Lounge, which are all elegant and eclectic lounges filled with exceptional antiques and modern artworks of high aesthetics.
In addition, these lounges can be modulated in order to serve conferences, private parties and cultural events, according to the desires of the guests.

THE POOL
On a lower patio of the 1750 villa you will find a unique pool that is carved in the stone offering a natural luxury.
It is all going swimmingly facing the blue sea, the whitewashed villas and the course of the sun. There you will be able to enjoy the view. And the silence.

The special pool service, apart from providing you with deck chairs and umbrellas, will also serve you cooling drinks, fresh juices and exotic cocktails, at any time of the day, from 08:00 to 20:00.

FOOD and WINE
At the Zannos Melathron, food and wine are considered to be a ritual that must be treated with absolute respect.
The multifarious Breakfast, offered between 08:00 and 11:00, can be served either at the lounge - veranda or at your suite.
The delicatessen Lounge Menu, offered between 13:00 and 23:00, comprises of a selection of international delicacies that can be served at the place of your preference.
La Petite Carte is a small selection of dishes available from 17:00 to 19:30, while the Night Menu is another selection of snacks, drinks and coffees that is served from 23:00 to 08:00.
In addition, in the old dining room of the mansion we can organize a candle light private dinner for 2 to 6 persons, upon request.

In the Zannos' cava you will find a full selection of the world's most famous and Greece's finest wines, including a special Zannos Santorini wine from Zannos' own vineyards.
A taste of the nectar, that the ancient Gods drank, will be tingling your mouth while listening to classical music and opera from the early afternoon till midnight. Vinho verde or tart red wine, it is your choice.
Try not to miss the ceremonial Wine Tasting in the medieval Wine Bar of our hotel, which is an opportunity to taste 8 different Santorinian and Greek wines.
Afterwards, you may continue this indulgence by tasting our selection of Russian Caviar and Cigars Menu in our Cigar Lounge.

LOCATION
Zannos Melathron occupies an extremely preferential site of the exquisite island, as it is established in the traditional and picturesque settlement of Pyrgos, a region that is considered to be one of the most spectacular belvederes of the aristocratic Santorini. Skirmished on the highest level of the village, Zannos Melathron has at its feet a synthesis of infinite vineyards, blue domed churches and houses carved in the volcanic rock that create a non - identical icon.
