The Nautilus Complex it is located in the heart of Santorini at the Caldera side, 2 Km from the island's capital city Fira, 5Km from the harbour and 4Km from the airport of island. Nautilus is operating since summer 2002. Since 1st of January 2008 the Nautilus Complex it is under the TWH Ltd company management.

Nautilus Complex premises combine modern design and architecture with the unique architectural characteristics of the two traditional villages of the island, Messaria and Pirgos. From Nautilus Complex, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the volcano and the sunset, observe the marvellous sights of Fira and Pirgos at the hillside of the island and spot the islands of Amorgos and Anafi across the blue horizon of the Aegean Sea...

The set of buildings consists of the Nautilus Calderas luxurious Suites and Studios, the Otto a Mezzo Italian Restaurant , the Endless Blue Cafe- Piano Bar , the Nautilus Greek Restaurant-tavern and the Sushi Bar .

Nautilus Calderas Capacity: 9 Studios, 2 Junior Suites, 2 Family Suites, 2 Honeymoon suites.

Units Private Facilities: Bathroom , fully equipped kitchenette, A/C (individual) , Central heating, satellite TV, stereo, DVD, direct dial telephone, direct internet line access, hairdryer, mini bar, safe box, balcony or terrace with panoramic view to the Caldera , Volcano and Aegean Sea.

Cleaning of the room and change of towels daily, change of linen every 2nd day.

Cancellation policy: No fee is charged for cancellation 30 days prior to the confirmed arrival date.
If cancellation occurs:
22 to 29 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, 25% of the stay is charged.
15 to 21 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, 50% of the stay is charged.
1 to 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, 100% of the stay is charged.
No show, or departure prior to the scheduled date, 100% of the stay is charged.

As a special offer to all of our guests, you will receive a welcome drink. The opening times of our bars and restaurants are as follows:

Otto a Mezzo Italian restaurant: 12:30 - 15:30 and 19:30 - 00:00.
Nautilus Greek restaurant - Tavern: 12:30 - 15:30 and 19:30 - 00:00.
Sushi bar : 18:30 - 00:00.
Endless blue Cafe - Snack bar: 10:00 - 00:00.
Endless blue Piano bar: 21:00 - 00:00.Pool bar: 10:00 - 00:00.

The hotel offers private tours of the island with a professional driver and tour guide, as well as airport or port transfers by a mini bus or limo at an additional charge.
