1. Before I make
a reservation of a vehicle, is there something special that I should
be aware of?
Before you make a reservation of a vehicle, you should definitely
check and accept the general terms and conditions of the rental
of our Company.
2.Through which ways
can I pay?
There are lots of ways through which you can pay:
- By Bank draft to our account.
- By Credit vehicled (VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS).
- Cash.
3. If I choose
to pay with cash, should I give you the number of my Credit
Card?
Even in case of paying with cash, we need the number of your Credit
Card. This shall be needed as a guarantee for the vehicle rental.
4. In case the
vehicle I have rented has an engineering problem, what should I
do? And in case the damage cannot be fixed on the spot, is there
a possibility of replacing it with another vehicle from the same
Group?
In case the vehicle you have rented has an engineering problem,
then you will have to get in touch with us through the telephone
center of our Company. You will tell us the problem that has
occurred, as well as your location, in order for the Road Assistance
to come and check the damage of the vehicle. In case the damage
cannot be fixed on the spot (i.e. the vehicle needs to be transported
to an engineer), we shall replace it with another vehicle from the
same Group.
5. In case I have a
car accident, what should I do?
Firstly, you will have to get in touch with one of our collaborators
from our Company and explain to him how as well as where the accident
happened. Our collaborator from the telephone center of our Company
will inform you what you have to do next (friendly declaration of
the accident to the Insurance Company that the vehicle is insured
etc). The vehicle with which you had the accident shall be replaced
within 24 hours.
6. If I get a flat
tire and I cannot replace it, what should I do?
In that case, you should call our telephone center, telling one
of our collaborators where you are at the moment, in order to send
somebody from the cooperated Road Assistance and replace your tire.
7. Will the final amount
of my charge be in regard to the total number of kilometers made
for the rental period of the vehicle?
In case you have rented the vehicle for 1 day you will have an extra
charge for every kilometre over 200 kilometres (100 miles), which
is your limit. The charge is based on the rates according to the
Group of the vehicle you have rented. In case you have rented the
vehicle for more than 1 day, you have unlimited miles.
8. If I have already
paid off all the amount of my reservation regarding the vehicle
rental and have to cancel it for any reason, will I lose all of
my money?
In case you cancel your reservation up to 2 weeks prior the pre-arranged
date you will lose the 50% of the total amount.
In case you cancel your reservation less than 2 weeks prior the
pre-arranged date you will lose the entire amount of your reservation.
